Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you use the My Pantry and Co. website and buy from us.
Last updated 24 September 2026
About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and every order you place with My Pantry and Co., whether through the site or over WhatsApp. By browsing the site or sending us an order, you accept them.
We update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
Using our website
You are welcome to browse, build a basket and share products with friends. What we ask is that you do not misuse the site:
- Do not interfere with the site, its security or the systems behind it.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish our listings, photography or written content for commercial use.
- Do not place orders you have no intention of paying for, or order on someone else's behalf without their permission.
We may refuse or cancel an order, or withdraw access to the site, where we reasonably believe it is being misused.
Products, images and pack sizes
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including brand, pack size and weight. Photography is for illustration: packaging design and labelling change from batch to batch, and colours vary between screens.
Occasionally a producer changes a recipe or a pack size between shipments. If what arrives differs in a way that matters to you, tell us and we will replace it or refund it.
Allergens, ingredients and storage
This part matters more than any other. Ingredient and allergen details shown on the site are a guide, and they can fall behind a manufacturer's changes.
Always read the label on the physical pack before eating a product or serving it to someone else, particularly where there is an allergy or intolerance. If the pack and the site disagree, the pack is correct.
Please store items as the packaging directs, and move chilled items into the fridge as soon as they arrive. We cannot be responsible for products that spoil because they were left out after delivery.
Prices and availability
All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include any applicable tax. Because we import, prices move with supply and exchange rates, and we may change them without notice.
Stock shown on the site is our best view of what is on the shelf, not a guarantee. We confirm what is genuinely available when we reply to your order.
If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we are not obliged to sell at that price. We will tell you, and you can accept the corrected price or cancel.
Placing an order
Adding items to your basket and filling in your details opens a pre-filled order message in WhatsApp. Sending that message is an offer to buy — it is not yet a completed sale.
Your order is accepted only once we reply to confirm availability, the final total and delivery. Until then there is no contract between us.
Every order carries a short reference beginning with “PC”. Quote it whenever you contact us about that order — it is the quickest way for us to find you.
Payment
We do not take card details on this website. Payment is arranged directly with us in the chat, using whichever of bank transfer, card or payment on delivery we are offering at the time.
Unless we agree otherwise, orders are packed once payment is confirmed. We will only ever ask you to pay into an account confirmed in our official WhatsApp chat — if anything looks unusual, call us before sending money.
Delivery
- We deliver across our published coverage areas, and we add new ones as we grow. Message us if you are not sure we reach you.
- Standard delivery usually arrives within one to three working days. Express is same or next day where available, and pickup can be arranged from our collection point.
- Delivery fees are confirmed with your order, and larger orders may qualify for free delivery.
- Please make sure someone is available at the address to receive the order. If nobody is there, a second attempt may carry a further fee.
- Delivery times are estimates. Traffic, weather and supply delays happen, and we will keep you posted on WhatsApp.
Changing or cancelling an order
You can change or cancel an order free of charge any time before it has been packed and sent out — just message us with your order reference.
Once an order is out for delivery it can no longer be cancelled, but our returns policy still covers anything that arrives damaged, wrong or missing.
Returns and refunds
Because we sell food, returns are necessarily limited. Our full policy — damaged items, wrong deliveries, change of mind and how refunds are paid — is set out on its own page.
Read the Returns & Refunds policyOur independence from the brands we sell
My Pantry and Co. is an independent food retailer offering selected imported food products. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or an official stockist of Marks & Spencer plc or Kellogg's, or any other brand whose products we offer. Brand names, logos, packaging and product photography remain the property of their respective owners and appear here only to identify the products we sell, used with the owner's permission where applicable. We do not use any brand's logo as our own, and this website is not an official store for any brand.
Our content
The text, layout, branding and original photography on this site belong to My Pantry and Co. Brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and appear here only to identify the products we sell. Please do not reuse our content commercially without our written permission.
Our responsibility to you
We take care to describe, store and deliver our products properly, and we will always put right a genuine mistake on our side by replacing the item or refunding it.
Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as a missed occasion. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute will be dealt with by the Nigerian courts. Please talk to us first, though — most things are settled in a single conversation.
Questions about these terms?
If anything here needs explaining before you order, ask us. We would rather answer first than sort it out afterwards.
